TERMS OF USE
Terms of use of the Database Export Box Madeinintaly.com S.r.l. (the Manager) thanks you for having choosed this Database which allows, with reasonable certainty, to verify the authenticity of the item you bought. The use of the Database is subject to the total acceptation of the following terms of use. The user must read carefully this section before to proceed in the use of the Database; under every circumstance, the use of the Database is considered as acceptation of this terms: -The use of the Database is free and it does not involve any burden except to accept these terms; -The user must remove the film that covers the identification number on the item purchased (or on its label) and must correctly digit the same code within the proper space; -If the item you bought is authentic an advice will be displayed which invites the user to give his personal data and to authorise the Manager to treat them for the purposes stated into the privacy policy; -If the code will not be recognised by the Database the user will be invited to follow a specific procedure to verify the authenticity of the item; -The Manager, by the moment he relies the authenticity certificate, states to the user that the code he inserted in the proper space of consultation of the Database, has been associated to an item which comes from a client of the Manager; -The Manager it is not responsible for damages caused by the access or the impossibility of the access to the Database, damages which have been depending to the information or to declarations issued by the Manager at the end of the Database consulting; -The Manager or other subject involved in the creation, production, updating, maintenance and/or diffusion of the Database are not responsible for immediate, incidental, consequential indirect damages for accessing to the Database or its using; -The Manager will completely cooperate with the authority in charge to enforce the law and, if necessary, will respect the decision served by the Law Authority; -The Manager will completely cooperate with the Law Enforcement and the Law Authority to establish and/or identify the identity of those users which will transgress the law through the use of the Database.
